Coolant system

I have a 2006 LBZ with 190000 miles on it the truck has a small amount of pressure in the coolant reservoir even after sitting all night. I know this usually means head gasket but I’m not having any other issues. Temps never go above normal and it’s running great. Any thoughts?

Try cleaning or replacing the radiator tank cap.

How do you know there is a little pressure in the coolant system? Is the upper raidiator hose hard like a tennis ball in the morning? Or are you opening the coolant cap and hearing a hiss of air coming out?

It’s hissing as well as radiator house isn’t tennis ball hard but a little firm.

I assume "not having any issues" means no mysterious loss of coolant, no coolant in the oil, etc., and "Temps never go above normal and it's running great. Any thoughts?" . . . yeah, it's perfect!!

Any updates

I hate when a thread dead ends like this. Anything new?
