Transfer Case out put shaft seal (rear)

I've been reading about these out shaft seals, and seems like there's some garbage ones that don't work very well. I'm going to changing mine again here, as the last one never sealed really and been leaking since I replaced it.
Can't find the thread that I read for the part number, does any one have a part number, or a place to get a seal that will work. Winter is coming and it will be crappy filling it up every 5000k/monthly.

Other possibly the shaft maybe be wore down, don't feel like it. But a thousand or less is tuff to feel for.
