Crew-cab frame mounting points for 2013 2500hd

I believe the cab is secured to the frame at 4 points.

How much side-to-side adjustment can be done, to center the cab on the frame?
My truck was T-boned on the passenger side, and now it doesn't line up with the bed. So I am thinking the whole cab was pushed in a bit.

I recently had to replace a body mount on my 2019. There are 6 body mounts that sit between the cab and frame. There is no factory provision to adjust in any direction.

Theoretically you might ream the holes in the frame but I would not recommend it. I suspect it would be easier to move the bed.
