High beam lens condensation advice

2017 Silverado LTZ with 37,700.

When I bought the truck, i noticed a little condensation in the lenses. I think it has only done it a handful of times since I bought it. Dealer said it was normal. I call BS now, but maybe it is. It seems to maybe only happen under specific conditions? then goes away.

Has anyone had a minor with this..? If so, can you shed some light on this please.?

my 2019 just did this last week, 11 months old and 10k miles, I called my dealer and they ordered me a replacement, and will replace under warranty. I think it does happen on these trucks, but dealerships should fix them, we pay enough to get headlights that don't fog up...

I too call BS.

My 10 year old truck has never had condensation in the headlights. Now the marker lights are another story.......

I know someone who gets a new truck every year. It's been a problem with the chevys since the last body style change. Every truck year 2015 to 2019 had moisture in the high beams. Dealers refused to fix all of his cause miles on trucks were "Too" high.
