I ran 75 on the way to Austin on Friday and averaged 22mpg. My LLY would've never come close

Buuuuut then on the way back it kicked into a regen and sank to 9mpg. Trash.

Current: 2015 GMC 2500. Tuned on 22x12s and 325s.

When I drove mine back from Salt lake city up I-84 I was seeing almost 22 according to the dash. Made it from Tremonton to Pendleton Oregon on 1 tank of fuel. And that was with no tunes and 20" wheels running at 75mph all the way.

I would consistently get 18-19 at 75-85 over 250 miles from 5,000 ft to 7500 ft in elevation running a 275/70/18 AT tire.

Changed my oil, cleaned the interior back up from haying, then grabbed the handy dandy sawzall and got rid of the factory installed grader blade. I was going to leave it but my wife ran over a hay bale last week and loosened up the drivers side.....time to go

Sorry to say but the dash is almost always off in these older trucks. I thought I was getting what my dash said and was very happy, then started hand calculating every tank and realized I'm getting 2 MPG worse than what the dash reads!

Washed it

Looked back and see that it’s due for a oil change

It is what it is. I don’t drive a 7500lb tank to get 30 mpg. Lol

Every time I've hand-calc'd, it's been within half an mpg, ranging from 10 to 18.
