Drop shackle life yo

2012 Silverado Duramax:
Hooked my twenty footer up and made two runs of shop stuff to my cousins new place, they sold and signed on two houses last week. The winch worked perfectly hooked direct to the passenger battery, I would still like to have a simple disconnect under the hood and since the cable lengths between the front of the trailer and rear of the truck are perfect I think I’ll make a simple bracket to hold the plug end stationary for easy hookups later on.

He went from .6 acres two 2 and from a 24x24 shop to a 40x40 with two lean to car ports on either side just as deep, he also backs up to a large pond (he’s a nitro boat guy so it works out)

But damn it’s way out there, from smack dab in the middle of a city to out on a county road further away from civilization

Yep

Itís a turd, the only thing worth money is the LS up front. Story I was told was the guy paid a bunch of money for the car, then a bunch more monies to have a guy work on it and sit on it for a while (Iím talking like 15k total price in the condition itís in now) and it has thin brackets, the rear shocks were straight up and down (wrong) so my cousin is basically redoing it all

One of ďthose dealsĒ some people find themselves in

Those were built to handle a 6 banger, running around town with some kids.
NOT a small block v8.

And even then, they were a fall-a-part car....quickly failing in sales.
Not to mention, butt ugly in the front.

I think Fjord was trying to recreate the success of their Falcon and Mustang....all in one. But it didn't work out.

Hdrolling I Tried Fayetteville where my 2016 came from but Flow was playing Games. I got it in Sanford. I know the GM at that store and he cut me a really good deal.

2001 Sierra Cummins:
Mocked up, tacked, welded the exhaust side of the piping. Next will be removing it once cool and fully welding it up.

Good progress today!
