(Edit: it actually looks really even in the pic lol but its not I promise) I've heard of this more so with lift kits but my truck is stock height with aftermarket wheels/tires. I've searched around and it seems that 1.5" spacers in the rear make it pretty much perfectly even but you have to cut the studs down which I do not want to do. My question is do any of you run 2" spacers in the rear with none up front on a stock height truck? I may just throw them back on the rear but don't want it to look stupid. If anything the front and rear may be .5" off if I do so .....

I ran 2" spacers on my truck lower then stock height with 12 wides and I liked it. I didnt want to cut and studs as well and if the rear stuck out more then the front it was minor.

Stock filters your choice but that cheap plastic Wix/Napa housing will be a issue in the making.
Do a search on issues on the cheap a$$ Wix/Napa fuel filters for the Dmax.

I use to be a Wix/Napa dude until I bought that crap plastic filter, returned it after I opened up the box.
And had issues with 2 different engine oil filters that had defective anti drain back valves causing dry starts.

Thereís also been a few reporting having issues with the Napa airfilter.
You donít have to have a modified engine to have the benifits you get with a aftermarket airfilter.
More intake airflow = cooler EGTís quicker turbo spool-up.

Donít believe it then try it sometime.
If your ever in Phx, look me up I have several setting around that aFe gave me over the years you can try one, then you decide.
Having extra filters I have no downtime cleaning and oiling, just 2 minutes R & R with a clean filter.
Then clean and re-oil the dirty ones at my leisure.

Over oiling is the problem many have when they have issues, oil properly you wonít have issues.
Look closely at the filtering chart comparing stock to aftermarket, your talking tenths of a % difference not whole numbers.
The absolute worse is K & N.

Will update, when I get them but I'm pretty sure the XP filters are still a metal housing

Gotcha.. yeah I'm talking about 2" spacers only in the rear though not all the way around. Had that and then took them off because I was tires of going thru hub assemblies every 18 months. Now I'm wanting to just put them in the rear because the fronts stick out more.
