Finally received my dual air compressor in the mail. Now time to figure out where this things gonna fit.... don’t think under the hood is gonna work too well. Plan to eventually run an OBA setup with a tank.

Touching is how those jounce things should be setting, for a better ride. Top picture

Bottom picture, itís time to replace those jounce things.

They do, two on each lower a-arm. I need to trim mine until I can relocate them an inch or two higher, it sits on them now and its a bouncy bastard

They are a lot different to mine, maybe because I'm 2wd?
Mine is squashing them where I lowered it I mean not touching them

When you alter your front end by lowering it youíll need to also alter the jounce stops.
Have you contacted the company you bought your lowering kit to see if they offer anything?

Good luck w that thing....

I have run OBA w a tank on last 3 trucks using a Viair compressor and 2.5 gal tank

2008 gaser. comp and tank on inboard side of frame. Comp takes a beating here in NH.

2008 dsl, comp shoe horned by PS battery, moved battery an inch over. tank on frame

2013 comp and tank on front of bed wall under tool box.

2019 Not installed yet....Haven't decided yet... prob comp under / behind rear seat and tank on inside of frame

2019 Quartz Red Denali HD Chrome deleted
2013 GMC SLE fully deleated. Sold

I just wound her down a bit, my truck seemed to be higher in the front than the back, might have a look at it soon and modify them/lower it a bit more
Helps when your vertically challenged getting stuff off the roof every day

Take a look at the horz shelf, center, front of bed, used for the Gasser emissions stuff, but unused on our Diesels.

Received my replacement FASS filters today. Never tried Fleetguard before but for under $40 for two set I'll take it! Although when I opened them up, I saw "made in Mexico" and got a little less excited.
