I ended up having a shop do it because I had a lot of other repairs I needed to get done quickly due to a planned trip and I had other things to do as well. So, I'm not sure exactly how long it took.

BTW, I ended up replacing my gauge cluster today and it works great.

Past few days on the way home from work I've been hearing what sounds like a fuel/injector knock. I take the same route home every day and I hear it in the exact same place and time, so I know the coolant temp, fuel temp, trans fluid temp etc. are all roughly the same too when it happens. The knock gets louder with throttle and quits when I let off. I recently just changed the oil, filter, and fuel filters. Any ideas? The knock goes away further down the road when everything gets up to operating temp.

Pulled stuck injector from the lly to put on my 60 over nozzles, welded a nut to the high pressure line nut on the injector so I could thread my slide hammer to it, 3hrs later it was out, dealer injector replacement years ago went bad they didnt clean injector bore and the injector copper had junk under it so it leaked cylinder pressure into the injector bore for 100k miles.

1/14/20 sleeper mods done 65mm Danville billet stage 2, exergy 10mm stroker cp3, 60 over nozzles on old injectors, ppe 2 up pipes for lb7, egr blocker plate, egr parts in and stock intake and y bridge for sleeper look, On 265/75/16 stock wheels, caltracs w/ overloads removed.
