I am in the process of re-working the mounts for this bumper. Parts are in the process of being cut. Hopefully will have the bumper built next week and get it fit on a truck.

astolte21 Any luck on an 02 yet I just trashed my stock bumper and yours is the only after market one I can find that I like.

I test fit a 02 a couple weeks ago. Fit was further off then I expected. I am working on a design now. Hopefully in the next couple weeks I figure it out.

I just switched to 7 ga which is just shy of 3/16. A base bumper weighs about 125-130 lbs.

I hope to mount a bumper to an 02 Chev possibly next weekend. Should be real similar to the 03s I think. I think there will need to be some adjustments made under the headlights and obviously something done where the stock bumper cap wraps up behind the fender panel.

Not really sure if you are asking a question or making a statement here? The full brush guard took a lot of work to get right but I thought it turned out great.
