The DEX3 fluid is specific to SDP built transmissions. I agree that each builder probably has their own fluids they use.

M.A.M. Truck is still down at the shop waiting on the torque converter to come back in.

Scott had overnighted clutches, and everything I needed from him last week already so that stuff is all installed in the transmission and put back together. The torque converter did get sent out to get re-cut after all. Hoping to see it this week sometime. I wonít be going out to Scheids if itís not done by Wednesday.

TexasRedNeck Yeah, Matt, I would also be concerned about the ricer look, but am curious to see how it turns out. It looks good like it sits but nothing wrong being restless.

I hear you. When I was getting all the lights for my truck I was thinking about going with switchbacks like you are, and decided to stick with amber on everything. I do need to do the cab lights next.

M.A.M. My endgame with the switchbacks everywhere is having the ability to switch between having all the forward facing lights white, or flipping a switch and having all the forward facing lights amber. That is to include the cab lights, mirror lights, marker lights in the headlight, and the LED strips in the headlights. Theyíll be set up so that when I use the turn signal, the turn signal and the mirror light will flash together, but stay the color that they are currently illuminated. I.e. if illuminated amber, will flash on/off amber for turn signal; if illuminated white, will flash on/off white for turn signal.
