It sure is! Maybe eventually they will grasp the concept of customer service. There is no reason anyone should be paying 350-400 for a CAI that is backordered, and the company didn't notify or state on their website about it being backordered. Only when I called them 2 weeks after no progress on the order did they mention it was backordered, and then proceeded to try and get me to wait an unspecified time while holding onto my money. Now Im sure not everyone has had that experience, so this is just my opinion and experience on Banks. I was also thinking of ordering the dpf back exhaust from Banks until I saw the pricing and rust issues. To each their own!

You don't have to, just passing along what works to help those that are already on social media and don't know about it yet.

No I'm retired Army in NC, Banks is on the other side of the country. I don't think if I worked for Banks that I would have posted my CAI tube all warped?

Grabbed these pics off the Banks Idash page just to show examples.

I'm not asking anyone to join social media, just passing along how I get fast service. If you prefer calling and waiting how ever long it takes that's your option. I was trying to help those that actaully want or need faster results.

I also have posted on multiple threads about how bad the Banks exhausts rust, something else that gets posted on their facebook page very often.

That's why I went with Magna flow for my truck.

Each Idash also has multiple pages to switch between, so if during the day you need to set up one screen with a brighter color and at night a different color you just sap to the next screen.

I think each gauge can set up 5 different pages?

You do have to buy your own gauge mount, there isn't one with it.

J83 ^^ I really hate to say it but that is quite a good design they have there. I hope that its a turning point for them. I think im going to give it a shot though and see how it works out. my old six gun was junk and between that, the "tuner" and there filter falling off the intake every 500 miles it really left a pretty negative opinion of them in my mind. To this day i have no idea how many hundreds if not thousands of miles i drove with that banks filter just sitting in the bottom of the air box doing nothing..... its frustrating....

Ive had so many bad experiences with Banks that im really hesitant to pull the trigger on those gauges.... but they are such a nifty idea it might just be worth it.
