Another Meth question

As always, I'm wanting more from my truck and have started to research Meth. My question is from what i have read, the Meth doesn't make as big of a difference on a turbo that is near maxed out. I believe my Stealth is running near the max of it's capability. If i run Meth i am looking at the Snow Boost Cooler Stage 2 and plan on only running the Boost Juice. Yes i know there are cheaper routes but i just want to make sure i get a good quality consistent mix. Does anybody have experience in a similar situation?

Blue washer fluid is consistent, 49/51 I believe. That's why lots of guys use it. How much research have you done already?

I've read about people having issues with clogged nozzles and whatnot using the washer fluid. I've been searching here and on DD, but it seems like most of what i come across is towing and mileage set ups and stock turbo trucks. That's also when i found some people saying that if a turbo was near it's max it wouldn't help as much.
