Water Meth Kits? Homemade Kit?

I've got an 06 LBZ, custom efi live, stock turbo and injectors, injen intake, mbrp 5", holley lift pump and a built trans. Did a couple of launches for the first time since the trans. build yesterday and my truck gets awfully hot (almost 1700 egts) so I'm looking to lower that. Any of you guys make homemade water meth kits for cheap? If so how and what do I need for parts? Or should I go with one of the $350 kits and save some effort. Looking at either Snow Performance or Devils Own for those kits. Thoughts? I'm just a broke college kid trying to lower some egts!!!

do a search for turbo mirage water meth. It will give you a break down. That said, you can pick up used kits for cheap, or used parts for cheap and build a good kit. Search the forums you are a part of, ebay, and craigslist. I've pieced together several kits and flipped them after buying parts from people that don't know what they are, or gave up, etc.
