Doing the full PPEI/ Wehrli fab treatment on a L5P, nd a shop in NV AZ or CA

Just picked up a 19 Silverado dually, planning to give the motor the full PPEI/Wehrli treatment. Can anyone recommend a shop in hopefully Reno area, if not, then maybe Vegas or Phoenix? I want to get it into a super competent set of hands that does a decent volume of L5P deletes. Thanks in advance guys.

I am not a member of it, as i do not have an L5P, but from other threads i have heard there is a l5p delete facebook group that might be a better resource for this specific request as there are not all that many threads on here about deleted L5P's short of asking what it takes to do it. That facebook group might give you more information. There was a youtube video i watched about a guy who did the delete on a L5P and i thought it was in arizona, maybe a youtube search would be helpful as well.

My understanding from other threads though is that the L5P is kind of a science experiment at the moment in terms of the delete and is not a simple as the LML and back trucks just in case you were not aware.

Thanks man, yeah I watched a couple vids on the L5P deletes.... Hence why I don't want to tackle it on my one hahaha. I had some dialogue w/ PPEI and they were strongly recommending a couple different shops, but the closest of them was Wright Brothers in Dallas area. Tough to run the truck half way across the country for a delete, but that may be just what i have to do. Too much $$$ on the line to roll the dice so to speak, esp w/ simultaneously canning the warranty on a $70k truck. Thanks for the heads up on the facebook group, I'll go check that out.

I'll vouch for lyle and Jesse at wright brothers if you go that route. It's hard to find shops that want to do deletes now because the EPA is cracking down hard.

Yeah, Lyle and Jessie have been awesome. I think at the end of the day, I'll just make the drive for piece of mind. I'm planning on running this truck into the ground, so might as well do it right.

Just a question but how do you plan to pass smog and all that in cali with a deleted truck?

Truck's going to be registered in SD. But as mentioned, working around smog is as simple as throwing a bit of money at it...
