Thank you for the compliment. Here in Louisiana the tire is ďsupposedĒ to be flush with fender or fender flares, but I can tell you there are a butt load of country boys that their tire/wheel set up stick out pass the fenders and or fender flares. That being said I have fender flares for it, just trying to prolong the installation as long as possible, guess til I get a ticket for it, lol.

We have limits for that in Virginia as well, but where I live they're not too strict. Go too dark on your window tint, and that's another story.

You mentioned slight fender modifications. Did you cut any metal?

Sorry for just now responding, had our reception yesterday evening. We cut less than 1/2 of an inch on the inside of the bumper.

2018 dark slate metallic Denali 2500 w/ 4.5Ē BDS. 20x9 ion 141 rims with 295/60R20 AT2ís. Really want to get a set of 22s but I donít think Iíll be able to fit a 35x12.5 underneath since that rim size usually has a negative offset 😞

Hi All,
Howís the ride with 6.5 ifs setup? Iím interested in running 37s as that looks BEST but then gotta get tie rods, UCAs, pisk, gears if towing etc. once done that price is close to over the coil overs...

I keep going back and forth on the setup.. any advice or opinions to share? I do plan to tow a TT not a 5th wheel though in a few years. Donít want to donk it out on 26Ēs with -50000 offset.

Currently just a long haul mobile for multi state travel adventures and pulling car to track in box trailer ( weekends in the flat midwest)

TIA

I've been running my 6.5 BDS since February of this year. I've only driven about 3000 miles, but it rides near stock. I can tell the difference in ride is mostly due to the weight and size of the tires. I've towed my boat (8,000lbs) and other trailers with no problem. I am running 35's though, because I didn't want to do any trimming.
