So far Iíve only got about 500 miles on the new gears but theyíre pretty much perfect for 35s. Stock like revs, take off and acceleration although I think Iíve lost 1-2MPG anyway.

Cant complain about that when going from a HT tire to a offroad worthy 35". Prolly weight close to 1.5x stock wheel/tire setup.

Jimmy do you think my front driver side clunk could be a failed factory Cognito ball joint? Or something else? Clunks seem pretty common with these Cognito kits.

Could be, jack up one side at a time of the front end, try and move the tire top to bottom... Can also get a big prybar and put it between the tire and the ground and lift and see if there is play or any noise. Body mounts can also cause a clunk, though I highly doubt mounts on a truck that new are shot.

It didnít really come to mind first of all and second of all Iíve always wanted a Cognito kit anyway. I might do a BDS down the road but I wanted to keep it between 4-6 inches to be able to get under a toy hauler with the bed not being too high.

Howís the ride with the new set up? Same as stock or better? Also, is the front track width still the same as the rear, or is it wider?

Truck looks sick! I too love the Cognito systems but am wanting to run some coil-overs and toss the torsion bars. Check out Proformancediesel.com in the future. I will be looking them up shortly. They use Cognito lifts with King Coil-overs for the front suspension. Looks to be the ultimate set up in the front IMO. Throw that on with a Kelderman 6-8" out back and you have a little bit of heaven right there! Looks great though!!! Money well spent!!

2012 GMC 3500HD Denali CCLB DRW to SRW conversion!! Cognito 7-9" Lift de-cranked to 6", Cognito UCA's, CST Dual Shock kit Front, Fox Performance Reservoir shocks all four corners. American Force Justice 22X10 with Nitto Trail Grappler LT325/55R22. Sulastic Rear Shackles, MagHytec Rear Differential Cover. Curt Turnover Ball, Recon Smoked Cab LED Lights. BD Throttle Booster, AirDogII 165. What else? It's a fully loaded DenaliHD, no need to add!! I kid, there's always something to add. Full delete to come!!
