      GM quotes the bed depth at 21", but I measured it at 21 3/8". The Retrax canister measures at 11 3/4", not including the nipples for the drain hoses.

      This puts the space from the bottom of the Retrax canister to the bottom of the bed at 9 5/8". I didn't climb into the bed to measure, so it could have been one of the bottoms of the bed ribs I measured to. So, erring on the side of caution, say GM's measurement is spot on at 21" - you'd be at 9 1/4" depth under the canister.
