    Was in process of replacing factory hitch. The 21 mm bolt that runs through the hitch, bumper bracket & bottom side of frame rail were seized up. So they got the cutting torch. Now I need to replace the 21 mm bolt & the weldnut/capture nut. Cannot find anything out there on this. Does anyone...
