Haven't seen a DIY for this, so I thought I would do a quick wright up. Your gonna need some Testers transparent candy red paint, or something similar, your favorite spray bomb clear coat, some blue painters tape, and a little sand paper doesn't hurt, I used 600 grit cause it's what I had laying around.

Here's what I started with.

Scuffed up, taped off, and ready to paint.

Painted and back on the truck.

Looks good. Can you still see the amber when the turn signals flash?

The turn signals look fairly red when they flash, but not as red as the brake lights.
