Just bought 02 lbs and has 216000 miles rebuilt filter head and head hoses when starting it cranks a long time than starts no smoke when running if u pump up filter head until it's hard than wait 20 minutes it will lose the pressure. Any ideals will be helpful.

Are you sure the beveled orings were installed correctly? Possibly nicked during the installation?
Was the filter head checked for cracks?
If so, check for leaks, including the bleeder screw.

Yeah, likely air is getting into fuel line somewhere, somehow. Here is a video of a trick I discovered here and described often to locate where air might be getting in.

Did the issue exist prior to rebuilding the filter head? A cracked filter head wont be solved by rebuilding it. Rock Auto has a filter head new filter and WIF sensor for around $115.
