I'm sorry but to really have the truck perform as best it can and last, you really do need to get rid of the EDGE Juice w/Attitude. It's nice for gauges, but horrible tuning for a Duramax. It WILL shorten the life of your transmission and engine. It also cannot turn off the EGR code after youve deleted it, as youve seen. EFI Live can delete the code and prolong needless repairs due to poor tuning. Sorry but it's really the only answer besides, reinstall your egr and fingerstick it.

Thank you for your input. So, the only way for EGR delete kit and intake elbow to work properly is to have EFI Live Tuning or a programmer that deletes EGRs? The fingerstick only works with EGR installed, aka need to plug the motor back in and mount the system back up, which, negates the purpose of the EGR delete kit? Or, what am I missing here? Is there anyone around Oregon that does the EFI Live Tuning that is recommended!? Thank you in advance for any help!
