Just replaced both batteries, and the glow plug module, and brand new fuel pump primer assembly. No codes showing, yet will crank but with no start. Fuel at fuel rail, and primer is working. At rest fuel pressure is showing and holding at around 230. Not sure where to go from here.

I'm not sure. I'm just using a code reader. I did use some silicon spray and got her started yesterday. Let her run for a little while though she was blowing quite a bit of grey smoke and had a bit of a knock. The intake tube on the turbo had worked it's way loose. I tightened it up but still smoked some. Has a bit of a knock like a. Injector is not working. Shut her down and won't start back up again. Haven't tried the silicon again.

Sounds like you may have an injector stuck open. Get a better scanner so you can monitor things. Fuel pressure needs to be like 4000 psi to start.
