Is a 2007 nbs with the LMM considered a 2007.5? Or is there a difference?

Yes. Call it a 07.5. If you say u have an 07 youd have to identify if its an OBS or NBS. Also if you say its "an 07 Dmax," youll have to identify it as an LBZ or LMM. You could say its an "07 NBS LMM" or "07 LMM."

2007 had the lbz (2007 classic) and 2007.5 had the lmm (2007.5 nbs). Two separate motors and body styles.

Yep, the injectors, turbo and DPF filter that's about all that is different between the 2. Besides the obvious of course...
What are the differences in the turbo and injectors out of curiosity?

Is the Injector difference for the injection of fuel during regen?

Injectors have different nozzles, more orifices, and the turbo is a tad smaller...
