I'm getting ready to put the truck up on 40" Toyos. What rear gear ratio would put me as close to stock as possible? (rpms)

This is my first 4wd so forgive my ignorance..but can I swap/do I need to swap gears in the front diff? I want the truck to function as good as it looks.
