I have a 2002 GMC 3500 Crew cab 4x4. Recently the transmission started to randomly only have reverse and what feels like 2nd gears, the other symptoms are no Tachometer, Fuel Gauge, Temp Gauge, Speedometer, Gear Indicator. When this first started happening it would be after driving far enough to get the engine fully warmed 5-10 miles. Only after shutting off and restarting would this start, after sitting a couple hours it would be ok. Last Friday after coming home I went out to run to store and had all symptoms. Now it dose not matter how long it sits the problem is there. I have had the TCM out and checked connections and they seem ok. Checked other connections under hood and all look fine no corrosion or backed out pins that I can find. I have read about some ground wires but have not found them yet. Please help!!!
