:anyone11My truck is about 1 1/4 inch lower on driver side than the pass side. Anyone know what could cause this and how to correct ?

Jim
check the t-bars are set the same side to side, most everytruck i've owned seem to sag about a half inch to the drivers side but i think this is just because the added weight of the fuel tank is always on this side, but in my 02 powerstroke it sagged about 2-2,1/2" to the drivers side, had a cracked leaf on front left, and the left rear was just tired and needed to be rebuilt so, look into getting rebuilt or low mileage used springs, check car-part.com is the internet junkyard database you can search by meileage radius to your zip code.

Its pretty easy, just jack the front of the truck up, and follow the drivers side torsion bar back to where it meets the frame, about at the tranny. then just give it a full turn, I think one rotation of the nut is about 1/4". Then lower and bounce on the front end and when it rests remeasure your clearance. Just keep doing this until you feel its where you want it. Just know that moving the front will also change the back, but not as much so measure the back too. I have about a 1/2 inch difference on the back from drivers side to pass side so I adjusted my front end to match.
