My brake lights are not working. My 3rd brake light on the cab works, but my 2 tail lights do not. I have checked the fuses and all are fine. The bulbs work, bc when I lock my truck they light up, and when I turn my flashers on they work. Any ideas what the issue might be ?

Lock-door flashes running lights, low side of bulb.
Brake bulb (top) is different from flasher/turn (middle bulb).
Swap top bulb for middle (or reverse bulb-bottom) to verify if burned out high side of bulb.
