I had some bed fender repairs done that included welding and now my ABS and Brake light are on. CEL and Glow plug light on. Engine needs 3-4 times cranking to start and when driving seams in limp mode. Any guidance on where to start looking? I put a reprogrammed ECM in with no change.

Welding on your truck without the batteries disconnected can cause problems as you found out. Have your truck scanned for codes and one or more of them will likely lead you to where you need to start your repair. Check your ABS module for power and ground.

Never ever weld on a electronically controlled machine without disconnecting ground from batteries. Like Ron said you need to get the codes and go from there.
