My torsion bar mounts were worn out and I changed them but the noise from them wasn't that bad. Sounds kinda like leaf springs popping.

I guess you've ruled out the leaf springs? Sounds travel funny on a vehicle.

Well, crap.........Ever get it figured out. I'm curious because with my luck I'll be going through the same thing you are eventually. Kinda did already but the torsion bar mounts helped my noise out. Good luck and keep up posted.
