On the drivers side firewall there are 2 connectors and the wires are cut. Does anyone know where they go to? Also, under the dash, there is a 5 click knob. I clicked it all the way to the right and that seems to turn the power all the way up. Once selection makes the idle bounce around and the others I am unsure of.
Under the dash by the BCM there is a bundle of labeled, cut wires and I have no clue what those are for.
Main areas of concern:
If this was tuned with all the deletes and now the emissions stuff is back on the truck, will it mess it up?
There is a local guy here that does tuning and he is charging $500. Should I use him, or just buy a tuner?
Also, when I switch the tuner, sometimes I will get a reduced engine power message. Could it be because he had it tuned with deletes and put the stock stuff on before he sold it? Also, I am getting change fuel filter message and I am going to change it this weekend.
