2018 Coolant leak when cold

I have a 2018 with 42K that leaks coolant only when it's cold. When it has been running and warmed up I see no trace until I park it overnight and see a coolant spot under it in the morning. I have crawled all over and under that thing with lights and cannot locate it anywhere. Surge tank, heater hoses, radiator hoses, etc. EGR cooler has been removed. Anyone else ever deal with this?

I have a coolant issue now that I am trying to get the dealer service to solve. I have 29K on my 2018 3500 Silverado and seem to be loosing coolant in the last 5k miles. I have never seen any coolant spots anywhere. The dealer changed the water pump because they said it was leaking (I doubt it was the cause). They have also installed the new engine block heater. Still I loose coolant somewhere.

They have topped the reservoir off several times since the part changes so I think there are no air bubbles left in the system.

I'm due to take it in on the 15th since it is still loosing coolant, but I don't really want them to tear much down unless they know what they are going after, beside warranty reimbursement $$.

I've searched the forum and had nothing show up that was similar.

Anyone with a similar problem that they have resolved?

Ridiculous......... My '05 Dmax with 290K on it is bone dry underneath and the '18 with 42K has coolant leak issues. Nice!

Took mine in for the 3rd time over low coolant light in 58k miles. I was told air in lines and if it happened again they would replace the surge tank by the radiator. I still need the heater cord recall done and was told they have to drain the coolant to replace. I’ll have them replace surge tank while it’s torn down.
