My parents have a 2024 Chevy Duramax 1500 its the baby diesel before I go on they just hit the cut off on warranty mileage.
My mom was driving it to work this morning and she made it maybe 7 miles she was at a red light when she heard it knocking she instantly pulled over when she got out she smelt burning coolant, the reservoir was bubbling. She said there was not a single light that had came on nor did the gages move as if it was over heating. I'm just looking for insight I could name several things it could be, a new motor would be one of these things. I'm just looking to see if anyone has had this issue with this truck or have heard of anything. Thanks in advance!!
