Right now I'm running 305/70-17 tires with NO rub at all. They are close to rubbing, but the only thing they would hit is the Ebrake cable and that plastic on the wheel well. So I'm thinking of going to either a Nitto Trail MT which is technically 13.2 inches wide...and 34.84 high...with a tread depth of 21/32.. Now the Kumho KL71 is 12.7 wide and 34.6 high...with a tread depth of 18.5/32 ....and if anyone knows anything about tread depth, you would know that an extra 2.5/32 is about 5-8 thousand miles of extra wear. So do I take my chances and get the Nittos and hope they aren't too wide? Or do I get the Kumhos??
Also keep in mind that I have an Ironbull bumper, so I'm not worried about modifications to the front....
