How much would it cost me to get into the 500hp range? I have efi live already with straight pipe and cold air intake. My next purchase is going to be a lift pump, i know ill have to build the trans but how much would i need to put into it i plan on stopping at 500hp since its my only vehichle.:gearjamin

Just building your trans and adding your lift pump will get you to 500rwhp with good tunes. If you check out the Performance section of the forum you will get some better info from the good tuners around here

From where you are now you'll need about 2500$ minimum if you build the trans yourself and don't pay for labor. With labor you'd be lookin at 3500$+. You'll be in the 500's

my stock trans tune put down 497hp so is that close enough just need a lift pump to make it since you have efi

but the trans will hate you
