Hey there, new to the DF. Didn't know if anyone has any experience with loss of coolant on the 7.8L in a 2009 C7500.
I'm almost certain it's one or both of the EGR coolers but it will only lose any under a heavy load. I can idle the truck all day and pressure test the cooling system and it'll hold for hours, hot or cold. My customer has already replaced the radiator himself so, when he brought the truck to me with this issue, I first thought, well he must not have gotten all the air out of the cooling system. Well I started from square one and still having this issue. Any insight would be appreciated!
