Truck had light hard starting after fuel filter change (might not have anything to do with problem), thought not primed well. Pumped up the fuel pressure.
Truck sat for 4 days. Try to start, turns over 1 revolution then stops, then again, and again. No light indications for roughly 5 cycles then engine light appears after each stop in revolution.
Batteries at 12.3 volts. Only repeatable code is C0899, Low Voltage EBCM.

My guess is your truck has the voltage but not the amperage you need. Most likely one of them is the problem and that's the best the other can muster.

Thank you, I threw a charger on it at 200 amp and it fired right up. I never had at 12 volts, one turn over so well and start so strong when it caught with low Amps. Now I know!
