Air Bag Sensor

I have had a "check airbag" light on for awhile now. While working on other stuff I figured I would see if I could find the sensor. I had it plugged into a scanner at one point and I thought it said right front airbag sensor, but I can only find one sensor in the middle above the plastic splash shield. Is that the one I should be looking for or are there other sensors?

Hi Guys. I had the same problem and yes that is the sensor to replace. I went to my local GM dealer and picked one up. Not cheap!! Close to $200 for the little sucker.

Pull your airbag fuse under the hood and disconnect the negative on your batteries before you proceed. The replacement of the sensor is straight forward. Let me know if you need more info.
