Thinking about buy a lift pump. Wondering what the pros and cons are between the air dog ll 100 vs the 165? And if there are any supporting mods required other than a tune? Any input is appreciated

Thank you

You don't even need a tune. Just bolt on. Help out the cp3.

Get the 165 in case you do any fuel mods in the future

I just wanted to make sure I didn't need to do injectors or anything with it.

I just installed an AD II 165 yesterday. I have noticed that under heavy throttle when the pilot injection is off the injectors are a little quitter, little better throttle response and smoother idle, but I could just be me

U will need a 1/2 in disconnect tool for the lines
U don't need to drop the tank just bend the shield down and u can get to it
They give u to much hose and splice connectors
route the hoses and cut them to length using the splice connectors
Remember to fill the water separator
They come on the unit but are only finger tight
It's all in the instructions pretty straight forward
Good luck with install
