when i go from park to drive holding the brake for more that 15 sec. the tranny will go into neutral and gear selector blinks. also when in 4x4 driving around yard i can feal the truck have a bind to it. not sure whats going on.

Not sure about the neutral issue, but the binding when in turns is normal. Not all the wheels want to go the same speed during turns and the 4wd won't let them.

Be careful on slippery surfaces; the 4wd will make the truck want to go straight ahead instead of turning.

Look underneath on your tranny you may have a bad connection on one of your plugs. Does you speedo work still?

Yeah check the speed sensor wires coming out of you transfercase. Got mine ripped out did the same deal and abs and brake light came on, no speedo also.

speedo works great when it does the neutral thing i can hear a weird noise coming from transmission. i will get all conections checked out this weekend.

Mine started doing the same thing and now (started Tuesday) truck will only go into P, N, D no reverse.........

could be a stuck valve also in the valve body also....need to pull the codes if any
