i have an exhaust brake i made in my truck and every time i give it gas it opens up and A puff of smoke comes out. is this normal for exhaust brakes. i am building about 30-35psi of backpessure.

my guess is it would be normal because you are stopping exhaust flow..and smoke could be in there..and then when it opens up it releases this is just my intake on things..im not really sure

Not with the turbo speed brake built into our custom tow tuning.

its not a turbo brake its an valve
