Hey all, I just brought home my "new" 2005 LLY GMC 2500 CCSB 4x4. It already has a monster downpipe-back exhaust, but no chip, programmer, or intake. The previous owner had an Edge chip and AEM CAI installed, but removed them when he traded it in. Any help or advice with basic "bang for the buck" bolt-on mods to improve economy and performance would be great. And are there forum logo stickers for the back window too? Thanks, I look forward to interracting with y'all.

I'd suggest a AFE BaldeRunner and an S&B intake - then an Edge CS Diesel programmer.

Let me know if you need a package deal.

Thanks!

I appreciate the info. The truck has a fiberglass "goodhood" ram air / induction hood, with a square opening above where the factory air box is. I also remember being told that a dry filter is the way to go (at least on a gas engine). I may replace the glass hood with a stock one, not sure yet.
