If i would buy a the best programmar out there and set it to the highest setting would it give me the power that it says?. My cousin belives this is not possible. who is right thank you:drink

Some programmers are rated for rear wheel and some are for crank only...you need to know that while talking about programmers. Custom tuning is usually spot on (within a small amount of hp) to being exactly what it is supposed to be. Custom tunes have been tested so heavily and so many times, they are advertised very accurately.

I agree with lubeman. I sure the rating are lose to accurate. You jusrt have to check if there calculating power from the flywheel or rear wheels
