So guys I'm looking for a little help here. Can anyone tell me the proper way to remove this plastic piece so I can get to the striker underneath? Thanks in advance for any advice and sorry if it's a dumb question, I just don't wanna go tugging on things in my interior lol

I'll try lol, just wanted to make sure I wasn't gonna break any interior pieces tugging on them

It should be clipped in there. Flat Head and work it off.

use a flat head and pry down and look for clips. then move flat head near clip and pry down
