I was thinking of adding the Banks speed break to my 08 LMM for help with towing and seen that you can combine the 6 gun with it was well very easy. I have done lots of reading on just about every tuner for the LMM but have yet to find a direct compairision between Banks and Edge...mind you I could have missed it. The banks with the speed break would be a good choice of power addition adn breaking ability with a monitoring system.

I am not 100% sure but think the Edge only offers the power and monitoring option with their CTS. Has anoyone else looked into these two programers/ setups and if so what are your oppinions?

Also just wondering if the IQ as the ability to run the EGT alone without the 6 gun installed? I think it has to be hooked up the 6 gun inorder for it to work. It would be a nice option when takign it into the dealer you could just pull the tuner and leave the break and egt and say you are using the IQ as a monitor only. Might save on dealer hassle.

Does the edge work the same as the banks in respect to not sending codes to the ECM but only tracable with the TCM?

I would like the speed break addition from what I read it is the cats ass, I do have a call into the service manager at my dealership we have kinda been down this road before with the PPE vs the Quad Zilla...I ended up going with neither.
