Hey guys I need some input pretty quick on this one.:help I have found what seems to be a good deal on a Banks OttoMind system. It comes with new exhaust probe, harness, module, and instructions. Will this unit serve as a stand alone unit as well as make adjustments to itself as I add more goodies? I am hoping it will optimize what I currently have which is a stock dura/ally combo. Has anyone used one of these??

BTW I am not lookin for a hot rod eelout .....just a little more than stock!!

From my experience and I have driven the Automind, I was not impressed at all. The whole 6gun bundle is a lot of smoke and mirrors. I personally prefer the Edge Juice Wam for what you are looking to do. It sounds like you dont want a race truck, so the Edge is great value for the dollar. You get gauges, and the egt safties all in one package. And if you want to turn it up to have some fun with a camaroeelout you can.

YOu should be able to pick up a used edge juice w/attitude for about 4 to 5 hundred bucks and is a way better product IMO

Once you pick up your Juice wam our Full Bore exhaust manifold is going to help even out the flow in the restrictive manifold on the driver side. The big plus it is pre-tapped for the pyro probe. Saves some drilling and tapping.

I have never been a big fan of Banks stuff. It's good, but overpriced and not as good as you can get elsewhere IMO.
