I'm sure Banks will tell you that it won't. But in my mind... you're using a computer to make the truck do something it wasn't intended to from the factory, so I would think a stealer would try real hard to void your warranty if they saw it installed.
That being said, I don't think it is traceable, so if you remove it before service I don't think it would be detectable, so in theory it shouldn't void your warranty if you just take it on and off.
