BD apperantly got their servers in order and I was able to download the updater.
I hooked up the downloader tho the laptop and whe the loader lit up it said 6.0 L and flashing (Y) and the loader says no device detected. I read in the instructions to delete the agent and load it again so I did. Same thing. I would like to have it for tomorrow can't wait to see what it does. BD is not open right now for tech support, Has this happened to anybody?
