So yesterday was very beautiful so about 10 of us took the quads and bikes out and ripped around for awhile. After the day was over we met at a buddies house to sit around a fire and drink a few beers. When his dad got home they were all talking my truck up and his dad called me out and said Ill beat ya with my mustand. It's an 07 shelby gt 500 with an exhaust. We went out to the road and did a few burn-outs then lined em up. I got him on the launch and he hung right on my back bumper the whole time not pulling any on me and I wasn't pulling any on him. Sorry i just had to share beating a car like that Gives me gooood feelings haha. My mods are listed down below. He said after we were done he burnt his clutch out and his car did smell like burnt clutch but I still won haha.

I've raced one too. Mine was beating it at the beginning the the fuel ran out, needed a lift pump at that time LOL. Nice work!

Thanks Guys! I don't know how much power I'm puttin down. Haven't had a chance to have it dynoed yet. He did give me a beer afterwards but you could tell he was pissed. He started talking about some 6.2L that Ford is coming out with and said It's gonna have 700 and some change for horsepower and over 1000 FT. LB. of torque. Havent heard of it though. This is one of those guys with more money than brains.

I was very impressed and happy that I beat him though being lifted.

Yes I believe stock they are around 500hp. I've very please with the way my truck performed. If I would have had bracing in the front I would have locked in 4wd and probably beat him by some more.

u have a 7k pound truck with how much hp ? u would need 875hp to keep up with it
