What bed tool box are you guys using that works well and retains use of the factory bed hooks. Bed hooks are in odd location and certain tool boxes may cover them up. Thanks for any input.

Check out Highway Products tool boxes. They have built in tie down hooks on the tool box. They are pricey, but we all know you get what you pay for. These are extremely weather tight with an automotive style door seal, made of thick gauge aluminum, 100% powder coated, all stainless hardware, and even have a bottle opener inside the lid to open those cold frosty beverages if needed. I had them custom make mine for what I needed...a little narrower and not as deep. They have multiple finishes available too...polished, multiple colors, wrinkle coat, dimpled, smooth sides with top different, etc...I believe mine was called leopard where they lightly shave the top of the diamond plate for a two-toned effect.
My '16 came with four bed hooks. I moved to two front hooks to the middle of the bed prior to installation (not sure how the '20's are configured - if you can do the same thing?)

Highway Products is up the road from us in White City OR - very nice products ($$$)
I have a tractor supply box on the truck until some more options for a camper shell open up. It's moved from truck to truck for about 6 years and held up fine, no complaints. You can still use the front hooks with it too.

Don't know if weatherguard makes one for your truck but they also have the tie downs made on the box and are a very nice heavy box.

Weatherguard is absolutely the way to go. They make a deep one what will fit a 5 gallon bucket full of tools (for reference). LEDunderbody makes a light strip kit for it with a magnetic switch. This is my setup and I love it.

I got me a Kobalt (rebadged better built) and it has been great thus far, I like the easy to open handles.

I myself find that the low profile, non-deep works best for my needs.
